Export / import permits and cargo clearance can now be secured via the Indonesia National Single Window (INSW), the country’s new trading portal. With all documents submittable online, the relevant data is shared across the appropriate government bodies, freeing traders from the obligation of dealing directly with individual ministries.
The portal can be accessed via www.insw.go.id.
