VIETNAM: New Minimum Monthly Wages for 2020 Announced
The country’s minimum monthly wage is set to increase by US$6.5-10 (depending on region) as of 1 January next year in line with the figures in the table below:

Overall, the average increase in the 2020 monthly minimum wage is slightly higher than the average rise for 2019, which saw the lowest average increase for 10 years.
