China Publishes List of Imminently-Expiring Anti-Dumping Measures

Recently, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) issued a Notice on the Imminent Expiration of Certain Anti-dumping Measures in 2020, informing the public of anti-dumping measures that are due to expire between 1 January and 31 December 2020. These measures include:

At least 60 days before these anti-dumping measures expire, any person or organisation in, or working on behalf of, the domestic industry concerned, may submit an application in writing to MOFCOM for a review of the expiration, if they believe that the termination of these measures may lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury to the domestic industry as a result.
