China Set to Boost Transparency and Consistency of Foreign Investment Environment
With a view to creating an open, transparent and consistent foreign investment environment, the State Council has approved 20 measures designed to facilitate this transformation. Overall, these new directives are said to focus on four key areas – accelerating the opening-up of the financial sector, committing a higher level of resources to attracting investment, reforming investment procedures and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of foreign investors.
