ASEAN and India Seminar on Belt and Road Initiative video

WHAT: The panel discussion will provide insights on current market trends and business opportunities from the Belt and Road Initiative in Southeast Asia and India.

WHO: HKTDC Branch Directors from Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Indochina, Malaysia, and the HKTDC’s Mumbai Branch Consultant, will brief participants on the latest developments in their respective markets arising from the Belt and Road Initiative


WHY: China’s development strategy envisions greater economic and trade integration between Belt and Road countries, which account for more than 60 per cent of the world’s population, spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa.

As key emerging regional markets, Southeast Asia and India stand to be among the first to benefit from Belt and Road-related projects and investments.
