HKMB Wins IAC Award

WHAT: The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) business information website, Hong Kong Means Business, has received the "Best International Business Website” award in the B2B category of 2017 in the Internet Advertising Competition (IAC).

WHEN: May 2017

WHO: The IAC is an annual competition organised by the Web Marketing Association in the United States to recognise the best in Internet marketing among various industries.

Entries were judged on seven criteria – creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting, use of the medium and memorability – by professionals from the Internet advertising community.

Other winners at this year’s IAC include Accenture, IKEA LED Light Challenge, Lenovo @ CES 2017 and Manulife.

WHY: The latest accolades add to a string of awards won earlier by HKTDC online initiatives. Reaching more than one million readers each week, Hong Kong Means Business targets SMEs and key business decision-makers with an interest in Hong Kong.

With mobile compatibility and personalised subscriber profiles, HKMB promotes Hong Kong as a trading partner and a business platform for the Chinese mainland and the Asia-Pacific region, with content highlighting business opportunities in various markets.
