HKTDC Education & Careers Expo

WHAT: The 30th HKTDC Education & Careers Expo offers guidance, information and opportunities to those seeking the next step in their career path, or to further their education. Principal exhibition categories include Education – ranging from universities to vocational training centres and language schools, both inside and outside Hong Kong. Creative Education also has its own section. Careers exhibitors include private enterprises, government departments, semi-government organisations and professional associations and bodies. Educational resources such as books and education supplies, learning aids and educational equipment also have a presence.

Open to the public – free of charge.

No admission to the venue 45 minutes before the announced daily closing time of the Expo.

WHO: Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council

WHY: The expo gives educational institutions, government departments and private enterprises a channel to communicate directly with the public by disseminating up-to-date information on further studies and career opportunities. Recruitment Square offers jobseekers a chance to meet recruiters directly. The Youth Zone will let recruiters reach out to youngsters and inspire them with bright ideas and innovative programmes such as internships and overseas work experience opportunities. In the International Exchange Village, consulate general offices and official bodies from many countries around the world will connect with young people seeking work and educational opportunities overseas.
