HKTDC Food Expo video

WHAT: The Food Expo caters to the tastes of trade buyers and public visitors with tantalising offerings from around the world. The Trade Hall brings together under one roof international food retailers, suppliers, wholesalers, brokers and sales agency representatives.

The Public Hall draws hundreds of thousands of foodies each year, making it an ideal place to launch new products, gather market intelligence and raise brand awareness.

WHEN: 17-21 August 2017

Items that promote a green and healthy lifestyle were prominent at concurrent fairs in August 2016 in Hong Kong, including at the 27th edition of the Food Expo, which drew more than 1,400 exhibitors

WHO: Exhibitors will feature their products in key zones, including Bakery Products, Beverage, Health and Green & Organic Food.

Highlights include the Gourmet Zone and Premium Food Zone at the Public Hall, while the Halal Food Zone and the Food and Agricultural Technology Zone are situated in the Trade Hall.

WHY: Featuring celebrity cooking demonstrations and other events, the Food Expo will be held concurrently with the Hong Kong International Tea Fair, the International Conference of the Modernization of Chinese Medicine and Health Products, the Home Delights Expo, and the Health & Beauty Expo.
