Among the major changes set to be included are the following:

  • The production supervision department shown on the original and duplicate copies of the Food Business Licence shall be amended from “State Food and Drug Administration” to “State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR)”.
  • Article five of the duplicate copy of the Food Business Licence shall be revised to read: “The food business operator shall accept the supervision and administration of the market regulation authorities”.
