Argentina Renews AD Duty Order on Tape Measures
Argentina has renewed for a period of five years its AD duty order on tape measures classified under NCM 9017.80.10 from mainland China. The AD measure on subject merchandise has also been amended from US$0.54 to US$0.57 per lineal metre.

Brazil Terminates AD Probe of Polyurethane Laminate with Textile Material
Brazil has terminated at the request of the petitioner its AD investigation of mainland Chinese polyurethane laminate with textile material on one side classified under NCM 3921.13.90, 3921.90.19, 3921.90.90, 5603.14.10, 5603.14.20, 5603.14.30, 5603.14.40, 5603.14.90, 5603.94.10, 5603.94.20, 5603.94.30, 5603.94.90 and 5903.20.00. As a result, no AD measures will be imposed on subject merchandise.

Brazil Preliminarily Finds Dumping on Certain Steel Wire
DECOM has issued separate preliminary affirmative determinations in its AD investigations of certain mainland Chinese (1) high-carbon steel stranded wire, with a high tensile strength and low relaxation, having three or seven wires, also known as low relaxation strand or pre-stressed concrete strand, classified under NCM 7312.10.90; and (2) high-carbon, high-resistance steel wire, of circular section, hardened by cold drawing, having a smooth or notched surface and normal or low relaxation, classified under NCM 7217.10.19 and 7217.10.90. DECOM has also determined to use the United States as the surrogate market economy country in these proceedings. CAMEX will now determine whether to impose provisional measures on subject merchandise.

Colombia Renews AD Duty Order on Linked Chain
Colombia has renewed for an additional two years the AD duty order on galvanised and polished linked chains, grade 30, of 1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 and 1/2 inches and diameters ranging from 2.9 to 12.7 millimetres, classified under HTSCO 7315.82.0000, from mainland China. Subject merchandise will face a 4.5 percent AD measure during this period.

Argentina Begins Changed Circumstances Review of AD Duty Order on Certain Porcelain Flags and Tiles
Argentina has initiated a changed circumstances review of the AD duty order on mainland Chinese unglazed porcelain flags and tiles, not varnished or enamelled, for paving or tiling, classified under NCM 6907.90.00. Subject merchandise is currently subject to an AD measure of US$8.77 per square metre for unpolished goods and US$12.20 per square metre for polished goods but the domestic industry contends that those specific duties should be increased.

Brazil Amends Terms of Price Agreement for Imported Citric Acid and Certain Citrate Salts
Brazil recently amended the terms of the price agreement for imports of mainland Chinese citric acid and certain citrate salts classified under NCM 2918.14.00 and 2918.15.00 from certain companies. Specifically, the minimum CIF price under this price agreement was set at US$1,441.74/tonne effective 4 December.
