Mexico Begins AD Sunset Review of Steel Wire Mesh
Mexico has initiated a sunset review of the AD duty order on galvanised hexagonal steel wire mesh classified under HTSMX 7314.19.03, 7314.19.99, 7314.31.01, 7314.41.01 and 7314.49.99 from mainland China. The review will result in either the revocation or continuation of the order.

Colombia Issues Final Determination in AD Sunset Review of PVC Film
Colombia has rescinded the AD measure in place on flexible PVC film classified under HTSCO 3920.43.0000 from mainland China but has renewed for a period of two years the AD measure on rigid PVC film, except for heat shrink film, classified under HTSCO 3920.49.0000 from the mainland. Rigid PVC film will face an AD duty of 7.17 percent.

Argentina Issues Determinations in Anti-circumvention Reviews of Coated Paper, Frames and Mountings for Spectacles
Argentina has determined that imports of certain paper and paperboard coated on one or both sides with kaolin or other inorganic substances, in rolls or in square or rectangular sheets, of which more than 10 percent but no more than 50 percent by weight of the total fibre content consists of fibres obtained by a mechanical or chemi-mechanical process, classified under NCM 4810.29.10, from mainland China, are circumventing the AD duty order on certain coated paper classified under NCM 4810.13.89, 4810.13.90, 4810.19.89 and 4810.19.90 from mainland China.

Argentina has determined in a separate proceeding that imports of plastic frames and mountings for spectacles, googles or the like classified under NCM 9003.11.00 and exported by Taiwan’s Sun-Sight Glasses Co. Ltd. are not circumventing the AD duty order on subject merchandise from mainland China.

Argentina Begins Anti-circumvention Review of Woven Suits
Argentina has initiated a proceeding to determine whether imports of finished or semi-finished men’s and boys’ woven suits, ensembles, and suit-type jackets and blazers, excluding ensembles used for medical purposes, classified under NCM 6203.11.00, 6203.12.00, 6203.19.00, 6203.22.00, 6203.23.00, 6203.29.10, 6203.29.90, 6203.31.00, 6203.32.00, 6203.33.00 and 6203.39.00 and declared as originating in Malaysia are circumventing the AD duty order on subject merchandise from mainland China.
