Colombia Issues AD Duty Order on Steel Wire and Cable
Colombia has issued an antidumping duty order on galvanised steel stranded wire, pre-stressed concrete steel stranded wire, and steel cables classified under HTSCO 7312.10.9000 from mainland China. Imports of subject merchandise, with the exception of certain specific items, will face a 15 percent AD duty for a period of two years.
Colombia Amends Preliminary AD Determination on Steel Tube
Colombia has amended its preliminary affirmative determination in the AD investigation on certain welded carbon steel tube classified under HTSCO 7306.30.1000, 7306.30.9200, 7306.30.9900, 7306.50.0000, 7306.61.0000, 7306.69.0000 and 7306.90.0000 from mainland China to exclude certain steel tube from the provisional duty of 20 percent.
Argentina Renews AD Duty Order on Unglazed Ceramic Flags and Paving
Argentina has renewed its AD duty order on mainland Chinese unglazed and unvarnished ceramic flags and paving of “porcelanate” or “porcelain,” of a water absorption coefficient by weight not exceeding 0.5 percent, for paving or reinforcing purposes, classified under NCM 6907.21.00. As a result, imports of subject merchandise will face an AD duty of 27.7 percent for the next five years.

Argentina Begins Argentina has initiated a sunset and changed circumstances review of the AD duty order on conveyor belts of vulcanised rubber reinforced only with textile materials, with a width of at least 300 millimetres, classified under NCM 4010.12.00, from mainland China. Imports of subject merchandise currently face an AD duty of 178 percent.
