Remedies Announced in IPR Probe of Water Filters. In its Section 337 probe of certain water filters and components thereof from mainland China, the USITC has issued a general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicenced importation of subject merchandise that infringes one or more specified patent claims as well as cease and desist orders against certain respondents that were found in default.
