AD Duty Order on Candles Renewed
The USITC has issued a final affirmative injury determination in its sunset review of the AD duty order on petroleum wax candles from mainland China. As a result, this order will be extended for another five years.

Scheduling of Full Sunset Review of AD Duty Order on Chlorinated Isocyanurates
The USITC has scheduled a full sunset review of the AD duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from mainland China. The pre-hearing staff report will be placed in the non-public record on 18 August and a public version will be issued thereafter; pre-hearing briefs are due by 29 August; requests to appear at the hearing are due by 6 September; the pre-hearing conference will be held on 9 September; the hearing will be held on 13 September; and post-hearing briefs are due by 22 September.

Two Respondents Added to Section 337 Probe of Diaper Disposal Systems
The USITC on 29 February instituted a Section 337 investigation of certain diaper disposal systems and components thereof, including diaper refill cassettes, from mainland China. The complainants subsequently requested that the administrative law judge amend the investigation to add two respondents. On 8 April, the ALJ granted the complainants’ motion and the USITC has decided not to review this decision.
