Final Affirmative AD Injury Determination on Tool Chests and Cabinets
The USITC has issued a final affirmative injury determination in its AD investigation of certain mainland Chinese tool chests and cabinets, classified under HTSUS subheadings 9403.20.0021, 9403.20.0026, 9403.20.0030, 9403.20.0080, 9403.20.0090, 7326.90.8688 and 7326.90.3500. As a result, the DOC will issue an AD duty order on imports of subject merchandise.

Final Affirmative AD Injury Determination on Mechanical Tubing
The USITC has issued a final affirmative injury determination in its AD investigation of certain mainland Chinese cold-drawn mechanical tubing classified under HTSUS subheadings 7304.31.3000, 7304.31.6050, 7304.51.1000, 7304.51.5005, 7304.51.5060, 7306.30.5015, 7306.30.5020, 7306.50.5030, 7306.30.1000 and 7306.50.1000. As a result, the DOC will issue an AD duty order on imports of subject merchandise. The USITC also made negative findings concerning critical circumstances, which means that imports of subject merchandise will not be subject to retroactive AD duties.

Final Affirmative CV Injury Determination on Steel Flanges
The USITC has issued a final affirmative injury determination in its CV investigation of mainland Chinese stainless steel flanges classified under HTSUS subheadings 7307.21.1000 and 7307.21.5000. As a result, the DOC will issue a CV duty order on imports of subject merchandise.

Preliminary Affirmative AD/CV Injury Determinations on Steel Wheels
The USITC has issued preliminary affirmative injury determinations in its AD and CV investigations of steel wheels from mainland China. As a result, the DOC will continue its AD and CV duty investigations of imports of subject merchandise. The DOC is scheduled to issue its preliminary CV determination on or about 23 June and its preliminary AD determination on or about 6 September.

Preliminary Affirmative CV Injury Determination on Glycine
The USITC has issued a preliminary affirmative injury determination in its CV investigation of glycine from mainland China. As a result, the DOC will continue its CV duty investigation of imports of subject merchandise. The DOC is scheduled to issue its preliminary CV determination on or about 21 June.

Section 337 Probe of Optical Fibre Coatings Terminated
The USITC has terminated its Section 337 investigation of certain UV curable coatings for optical fibres, coated optical fibres and products containing the same from mainland China because the complainants were unable to show a violation of the Tariff Act of 1930 in connection with the asserted patents.
