Preliminary Affirmative AD/CV Injury Determinations on Steel Propane Cylinders
The USITC has issued preliminary affirmative injury determinations in its AD and CV investigations of steel propane cylinders from mainland China. As a result, the DOC will continue its AD and CV duty investigations of imports of subject merchandise. The DOC is scheduled to issue its preliminary CV determination on or about 15 August and its preliminary AD determination on or about 29 October.

Public Interest Input Sought in Section 337 Investigation of Vacuum Cleaning Devices
The presiding administrative law judge in the Section 337 investigation involving certain robotic vacuum cleaning devices and components thereof (e.g., spare parts) from mainland China and another location has issued a recommended determination on remedy and bonding. The USITC is seeking input by 3 August on any public interest issues raised by the recommended relief, specifically the issuance of a limited exclusion order as well as cease and desist orders.
