New Section 337 Investigation on Desk Platforms
The USITC has instituted an investigation to determine whether imports of certain height-adjustable desk platforms and components thereof from mainland China are violating Section 337 of the 1930 Tariff Act by reason of patent infringement. The investigation covers desk platforms that sit on an existing desk or work surface and can be adjusted to different heights. The complainant requests that after this investigation the USITC issue a general exclusion order (or, in the alternative, a limited exclusion order) as well as cease and desist orders.

New Section 337 Investigation on Water Filters
The USITC has instituted an investigation to determine whether imports of certain water filters and components thereof from mainland China are violating Section 337 of the 1930 Tariff Act by reason of patent infringement. The investigation covers water filter cartridges for refrigerators, including water filter cartridge assemblies and interconnection subassemblies. The complainant requests that after this investigation the USITC issue a general exclusion order (or, in the alternative, a limited exclusion order) as well as cease and desist orders.

Section 337 Probe of Toner Cartridges Amended
The USITC has amended its patent infringement investigation of certain toner cartridges and components thereof from Hong Kong and mainland China to remove one respondent, add one respondent and remove several patent claims asserted by the complainants.
