Vertical Metal File Cabinets Will Face AD/CV Duties. The USITC has issued a final affirmative injury determination in its AD and CV investigations of vertical metal file cabinets from mainland China. As a result, the DOC will issue AD and CV duty orders on imports of subject merchandise.

Preliminary Affirmative AD/CV Injury Determination on Glass Containers. The USITC has issued a preliminary affirmative injury determination in its AD and CV investigations of glass containers from mainland China. The DOC is scheduled to issue its preliminary CV determination on or about 19 December and its preliminary AD determination on or about 3 March.

Remedies Announced in IPR Probe of Earpieces. In its Section 337 probe of certain earpiece devices and components thereof from mainland China, the USITC has issued a general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicenced importation of subject merchandise that infringes one or more specified patent claims, a limited exclusion order prohibiting one respondent from importing infringing goods, and cease and desist orders against certain respondents that were found in default or did not participate in the investigation.
